Alexander Albi
Alex is an avid traveler, dedicated husband, and supportive son. His career in hospitality has led him to a key role at Bourbon Steak Nashville, an award-winning restaurant. In 2018, Alex moved from Baltimore with his then-girlfriend (now wife) Ellie to join the opening team for a new Mina Group restaurant in downtown Nashville. Recognizing the importance of core values, he focused on building a supportive team environment, believing that while skills and knowledge can be taught, the right attitude is essential for success.
As one of two lead servers, Alex played a crucial role in developing and implementing the restaurant’s training program and guiding new team members. Bourbon Steak Nashville has become the top-performing restaurant in the Mina Group's portfolio, both financially and in reviews, and Alex is proud of his contributions to its success.
Transitioning naturally from hospitality, Alex now creates and operates boutique short-term rentals. He applies similar core values—design, details, and dependability—to create exceptional guest experiences. His strong leadership skills have been instrumental in managing the complexities of real estate development. Alex owns a real estate portfolio that includes one in Costa Rica, four properties in Nashville, and one in Rhode Island.
Joseph Piccinini
Joseph Piccinini is a dedicated non-profit volunteer, results-driven business development manager at a software company, and a top-performing submarine officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves. After earning a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, he was commissioned into the Navy and certified as a Professional Nuclear Engineer by the Department of Energy.
While serving on the USS Louisville, a nuclear-powered fast-attack submarine, Joseph excelled in mission planning and daily operations for a 140-person crew. His outstanding performance led to his selection by the admiral of the Undersea Warfighting Development Center to establish an elite warfare group for training the submarine force, where he helped develop new tactics, advance technology, and train thousands of submariners.
After his naval service, Joseph launched a business development team at a software company in Arlington, VA, where he restructured marketing, sales, and technical operations, resulting in a substantial revenue increase in just two years.
Leveraging his leadership, negotiation skills, and engineering expertise, Joseph has also invested in real estate. He owns one in Hawaii, two properties in Rhode Island, one in Nashville and two units in Baltimore.
